If you've ever dropped by to visit, you probably know that we're low-key obsessed with making sure you're happy and confident in your new plant-friend purchase!

That being said, due to the nature (no pun intended) of our product offering, we cannot accept returns on plant purchases after they leave our tender loving care.
The one exception is if you feel a plant was in questionable health before you brought it home—if that's the case, please take photos immediately, note the date/time, and contact us ASAP to discuss. (This includes pests or other fatal damage, not aesthetic issues such as imperfect leaves, which are not vital to the plant's overall health.)

We gladly accept returns/exchanges on hard goods (pottery, accessories, etc.) within 14 days, just bring it back in new and unused condition!
